It makes me nervous to even write this for fear of jinxing us, but are we over the coldest hump of winter and back down towards spring?? I feel like I blab about the weather a lot on my blog, but honestly, weather is really the number one dictator when I am getting ready. Because I am all about comfort and function these days. And there is nothing dumber than being cold or hot or wet or whatever because of fashion. Soooo, yeah, welcome to the weather channel.
Buuuuuut warmer weather means SPRING, and with spring comes wedding season!
I’ve worn Fame and Partners on the blog before, and honestly would wear them every damn day if I could. Hot tip: if you’re getting married this season, send your bridesmaids to Fame and Partners. Not only do they have a ton of wedding-appropriate dresses, the pieces are SUPER cute and actually something your maids will wear again. For reals. Not like, “Omg you can totally shorten it and wear it again” *eyeroll. My favorite thing about Fame and Partners (other than their commitment to sustainability, more on that later), is the fact that you can customize so many of the details on every dress: length, sleeves, straps, adding ruffles and slits. The customization options are pretty limitless. This is super important (especially for bridesmaids), because duh, our bodies are all shaped differently, and no dress hangs the same on every body. There is nothing worse than being forced to wear a dress that doesn’t fit your body type in a functional or flattering way.
Plus, Fame and Partners‘ pieces are all made-to-order, which reduces their impact on our environment and generates less waste. Win, win, win.
Psst: even if you’re not a bridesmaid, you can wear F&P! Personally, this dress will be in heavy rotation come wedding season. My jaw literally dropped when I saw the open back on this beauty. Hurry and go buy it so we can both be this emoji 💃.

August 31, 2018 at 12:39 amHi! I was wondering if sizing is accurate on this dress. I vary from 2-4 in dresses. Thanks!

August 31, 2018 at 2:50 amHi Stephanie, I think they actually run a tiny bit big! I would get the slightly smaller size. Hope this helps!
